Return & Refund Policy – beWeirdo

At beWeirdo, all products are made-to-order to ensure premium quality.

Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong item delivered

To request a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue

Non-returnable conditions:
- Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering)
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer

Refund/Replacement:
- Approved cases will receive a replacement only
- Refunds are not applicable except in rare cases
